These images are from an outreach project executed while I was Curator of Education at Space 301, in Mobile, Alabama. This project used Garmin hand held devices to create drawings. Each week I would go to a school or boys and girls club in Mobile or Baldwin County. The experience was fun each time, as the students experienced the discovery process of Drawing, working together, and using technology to re-imagine their environment. The drawings produced by the over 500 student participants were featured alongside local, regional, and international artists in the exhibition Registering the Invisible, which I curated, at Space 301.
